Managing Your Subscription

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store.

  1. Open LucidPal → Settings → Subscription
  2. Tap Manage Subscription
  3. Select your plan or cancel

Your access continues until the end of your current billing period after cancellation.

LucidPal cannot process refunds directly. For refund requests, contact Apple Support at reportproblem.apple.com.

Your notes, habits, calendar data, and sessions are never deleted.


Troubleshooting

"Subscription required" despite active subscription

  1. Verify status in Settings → Subscription
  2. Check that payment method is valid in App Store settings
  3. Force-close and reopen LucidPal to refresh entitlement status

Entitlement changes not applying

  1. Close LucidPal completely (swipe up in app switcher)
  2. Reopen the app
  3. Entitlements refresh on launch
